Before Your Sugaring Appointment
Gently exfoliate the areas being Sugared 48 hours before your appointment.
Please arrive showered and clean. Your skin should be clean and dry. Avoid using any powders, lotions, sprays, deodorant or oils prior to your sugaring treatment.
Sunburned skin cannot be Sugared. Please refrain from tanning beds or sun bathing 48 hours before your appointment.
If you spray tan or self tan the area being sugared, you’ll want to wait 48 after your Sugaringappointment. Sugaring will remove any tanner.
After Care Instructions

48 HOURS AFTER YOUR SUGARING APPOINMENT:
DON’TS
Refrain from activities that may lead to excessive perspiration such as sexual activity and exercising. Your hair follicles and pores are open And there is a greater risk of bacteria entering from sweat.
Avoid soaking in any body of water such as bath tubs, hot tubs, oceans, lakes or swimming pools. Your follicles and pores may still be open and there is a greater risk of bacterial infections.

NO sunbathing or tanning for 48 hours.,
Do not use any perfumed soaps or lotions for 24 hours.
Do not sunbathe, use tanning bed or spray tan for 48 hours.
DO’S
Exfoliate 48 hours after your sugaring appointment
Exfoliate 2-3x per week.
Moisturize daily after bathing.
Schedule your sugaring appointment every 2-4 weeks.

How long should my hair be prior to sugaring?
Generally your hair needs 2-3 weeks of growth depending on how fast your hair grows or roughly the length of a grain of rice.
Can I get my Brazilian or Bikini sugared if I have my cycle?
It’s completely up to you. If you are comfortable, its fine to get sugared on your period. Generally skin is more sensitive during this time and you may want to reschedule.
